When I arrived to have my truck serviced, I was told by the service representative that he would let me know when it was ready. I waited hours, about 6:30 pm at closing time I was asked why am I there. It took another 10 minutes or so for my truck to be brought to the front so I could go home. What kind of service is that?

My appointment was at 10am and no body came out to assist me. Many people walked by but no one helped. I had to come in and ask someone to assist me. I was in a hurry so it made it a bit more stressful. And the fact that they kept trying to sell me on transmission oil change even tho I had it done in September. I found my old papers and showed them but I don’t understand why it didn’t show up on their computer.
